Nintendo’s GameCube is a powerful system, but it doesn’t have the best library of games. Thankfully, there are a few great 2D side-scrolling and platformer games that can be enjoyed on the system. Here are five of the best: Super Mario Sunshine – This game is a classic and one of the best entries in the Super Mario series. It’s an open-world platformer with plenty of puzzles to solve and secrets to find. The graphics are beautiful and the gameplay is smooth and fun. Metroid Prime – This game was released for both the GameCube and Wii, but it’s definitely worth playing on the GameCube. It’s an action-packed adventure that takes place in space, with plenty of puzzles to solve and enemies to fight. The graphics are stunning and the gameplay is intense. Donkey Kong Country Returns – This game was released for both the Wii and Gamecube, but it’s definitely worth playing on the Gamecube. It’s an action-packed adventure that takes place in various levels filled with obstacles and enemies to fight. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is addictive. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess – This game was released for both Wii and Gamecube, but it’s definitely worth playing on the Gamecube. It’s an epic adventure that takes place in various levels filled with puzzles to solve and enemies to fight.
