Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
We don’t currently allow memberships or subscriptions to be transferred between individuals at this time. We do offer a gift membership option which would allow the recipient of the gift to claim their free once-off 30 day trial.
If you cancel your membership, you’ll still be able to access the content on our platform until the end of that month but we won’t be able to take any further payment for it. You can always rejoin headspace after a cancellation by claiming your free 30 day trial again. You will not be charged as long as you do this within 30 days of cancelling. Can I take a break from my headspace subscription? While we don’t currently allow memberships or subscriptions to be paused at this time, you can easily catch up on what you’ve missed once your next billing cycle starts by browsing through all the headspace content available and clicking on the ‘catch-up’ icon. We do not offer refunds but we will happily answer any queries that you have regarding our product and service. We may be able to credit you, depending on what the query relates to and whether it’s been over a certain period of time.
