##4a [only if using Flickr Pro] Set Flickr’s API key Flickr have used OAuth authentication for some time now, to switch from HTTP basic auth. This means that it is no longer necessary to include your Flickr API key in Flickr Uploadr or any other Flickr upload program. Flickr will handle both the authentication and all Flickr API calls to their servers. Flickr Uploadr will come with an up-to-date Flickr API key already in the options for Flickr!
##5 Change your Flickr configuration Flickr Uploadr will now run directly from your Applications folder on your Mac, so if you like it can just be left running quietly in the background uploading pictures while you do other things. However, there are a couple of simple ways to set Flickr Uploadr to launch when you start up your computer (or log into a different user account). You can either create a new Login Item or add it as an Application Shortcut.
