Kotor 2, the much anticipated sequel to the popular action game Kotor, has been announced for release on Xbox One. The game is set two years after the events of Kotor and will once again allow players to control Darth Vader as he battles against the Rebel Alliance. The announcement was made during Microsoft’s E3 press conference and has already sparked excitement among fans of the series. While no release date has been announced, it is expected that Kotor 2 will be released in late 2017 or early 2018. Fans of the original game will be pleased to know that many of the same features that made it such a success are returning in Kotor 2.
