What happens if my payment is declined?
If you have insufficient funds on your credit card, we will send an email notifying you of this and ask for your alternative payment method. If you do not provide one within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled and all fees charged to your account. This can happen when members make multiple reservations in a short amount of time or repeatedly attempt to book over their approved allotment without making an effort to replenish their balance first.
