The process is simple: first, go to the website and sign in. Then, click on the “Frozen Membership” link under “My Account.” Once you click on this link, you will be taken to a page where you will have to enter your name and email address. After you do this, you will be able to choose how long you want your frozen membership to last. If you decide that you want your frozen membership to last for a certain amount of time (usually six months), then simply click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. After clicking on this button, your frozen membership will be updated with the new information and will be ready for use again. If however, you decide that you don’t want your frozen membership to last any longer than six months, then simply click on the " Cancel" button at the bottom of the page and your membership will not expire but will still be usable as long as it is still active online.
