FFXIV is a role-playing game developed by Square Enix and published by Bandai Namco. It was released on November 15, 2009 in Japan and February 14, 2010 in the United States. The game is a sequel to the 2002 video game Final Fantasy XII and the first mainline title in the Final Fantasy series to be released on an Xbox 360 console. Scrips are a new type of item that can be found in the game. They are used to purchase items from merchants, or to make new allies.
