Byregot’s Blessing is a unique ability in Final Fantasy XIV that allows players to increase their stats by consuming food and drink. The blessing is found in the form of a small, green crystal that can be found in the Byregot Palace. The crystal is used to purchase two items: the Byregot’s Blessing Tome and the Byregot’s Blessing Jar. The Tome can be used to increase one stat by 25%, while the Jar can be used to increase two stats by 50%. The Byregot’s Blessing Tome and Jar are not available until after players have completed Chapter 10 of the game, which takes place in The Great Crystal Cave. After completing Chapter 10, they will be available for purchase from Lady Amala at her shop inside of Dormin. The Byregot’s Blessing crystal has a duration of 30 minutes, and it will only work once per character per day. If it is used up, it will need to be replaced with another crystal within that same 30-minute period.
