If you have an account with a software company, you may be able to authorize this computer to download previous purchases from that company’s account. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open the account management program on your computer. This program is usually called “Windows Live” or “Microsoft Account.”
- In the account management program, click on the “Authorize This Computer” button.
- Enter your name and password for the account you are using to manage your software purchases.
- Click on the " Authorize Computer button."
- Your computer will now be authorized to download previous purchases from your account with that company’s software company.
