There are a few ways to block someone on Instagram if they have been reported as a spammer or other prohibited account.

  1. Go to the person’s profile and select “Block this user” under the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Type in the person’s name and click “Block.”
  3. Click on the “Report this user” button and provide your report information.
