If you’re a Verizon customer and have an account, you may have seen a screen asking you to activate your account. But if you don’t know how to bypass the activation screen, here’s how:

  1. Open the Verizon app on your phone and sign in.
  2. On the main screen, click on “My Account.”
  3. In the “Activation” section, click on “Skip Activation.”
  4. Click on “Create New Account.”
  5. In the new account creation window, enter your name and password and click on “Create Account.”
