If you have a Facebook ad campaign, it’s important to understand how to cancel a payment. Cancelling a payment can stop the ad from running and may also result in a refund. To cancel a payment, follow these steps:
- Log into your Facebook account and open the Ads Manager. This is where you’ll see all of your ads. Click on the ad that you want to cancel.
- On the next screen, enter your contact information and click on Cancel Payment. You’ll be asked to provide your credit card information and other necessary information. Once everything is correct, click on Cancel Payment and your ad will be cancelled.
- If you’ve already run the ad campaign and received payments, please follow these instructions to continue running the campaign: open Ads Manager again, click on the ads that were cancelled, and select “receive payments” under “payment methods.”
