If you have placed a pre-order for PlayStation 4, there are a few things you can do in order to cancel the order. First, go to your account page and select “Cancel Order.” This will take you to a page where you can enter your name and email address. You will then be able to cancel the order without any penalty. If you have placed an order through PlayStation Network, there is also a way to cancel the order without penalty. Go to your account page and select “Cancel Order.” Then, enter your name and email address into the “Order Details” field. Once you have entered all of these details, click on the “Cancel Order” button.
