If you have placed a preorder for PlayStation 4, there are a few steps you can take to cancel the order.

  1. Log into your PlayStation account and click on the “My Account” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
  3. Enter your name and email address in the “Order Details” field and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
  4. Your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for it.
