If you’re an Xbox Live member and want to cancel your subscription, there are a few steps you can take. Here are some tips:

  1. Log in to Xbox Live and click on the “Cancel my subscription” button. This will take you to a page where you can choose how to proceed.
  2. If you have an Eso Plus account, please enter your Eso Plus code in the “Cancel my subscription” text field and click on the “Cancel my subscription” button. If you don’t have an Eso Plus account, please follow these steps:
  3. Log in to Xbox Live and click on the “My Account” button on the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page. On this page, under “My Games,” select “Eso Plus.” You’ll now see a list of your games that are still active but have been cancelled because of your Eso Plus membership. Select one of these games and press the “Cancel my subscription” button next to it. Your game will be cancelled but it won’t be removed from your account or stop working; it’ll just be marked as cancelled in My Games section on this page.
  4. If you don’t have an Eso Plus account, please follow these steps: Log in to Xbox Live and click on the “My Account” button on the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page.
