If you’re a subscriber to the iTunes music streaming service, there are a few ways to cancel your subscription without having to go through the Apple customer service line.

  1. Open iTunes and click on the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
  3. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription and be sure to save your account information before doing so.
