If you’re a Twitch user and want to cancel your subscription, there are a few steps you can take. First, open the Twitch app and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Cancel my subscription.” If you’ve already cancelled your subscription, it won’t work to cancel it again. Finally, if you’ve never cancelled your subscription before, just hit “Create new account” and enter your name and email address.
ave credit card: Or if you simply prefer to cancel through a different way, go into your account settings by clicking the gear icon at the top right corner of twitch Turbo’s home screen, and then go to the third tab (which is labelled “BILLING INFORMATION”), after that click on “CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD”. On this screen you can just simply delete your credit card information, and make it so you pay through PayPal. then just follow steps stated above.
NOTE: If you just want to cancel for a month or so then do this AT LEAST 3 days before your next bill is due. If you wish to cancel forever, you can delete the credit card information OR go into your account settings and click on “Cancel My Paid Subscription” AND follow steps. This will make sure that if even after deleting the credit card information on the third tab of account settings, it will still work since you DID take action by going into those screen 2 different times.
-How to check if you got refunded through Twitch Turbo: Just simply go into your account settings (click on the gear icon at the top right corner of twitch turbo, and then click on “Account Settings”), after that find your payment method and see if there is a status saying “Cancelled” or something along those lines; If so then GREAT, success.
