If you have an AT&T prepaid account, there are a few ways to cancel it.

  1. Go to your account page and click on the “Cancel Account” button.
  2. Call AT&T and ask for a cancellation code.
  3. Write down the cancellation code and give it to someone you trust (like your bank) when you cancel your account.
