If you’re a G2A user, it’s important to know how to cancel your payment. If you don’t, your account may be cancelled and you may not be able to use the game anymore. Here are some tips on how to cancel your G2A payment:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “Cancel Payment” button.
  2. Type in the reason for cancelling and click on the “Cancel Payment” button.
  3. Click on the “Confirm Payment” button and enter your credit card information.
  4. Click on the “Cancel Payment” button and confirm your cancellation by clicking on the “Confirm Payment” button again.

Unfortunately not. Once we receive a payment from the customer on our end, we are unable to cancel it (however keep in mind that as always with G2A Gift Cards – they can only be used with digital products). If you happen to decide within the first 14 days after buying Steam Wallet credit/gift card you can get a full refund via [email protected] . This is handled by our Payment Grading team and they will confirm the refund automatically after processing your request.

If you are to receive a refund, it will be made directly back to your G2A Wallet. In such case and only in that case, please follow these steps: Sign in at G2A.COM Make sure you’re logged into your account Click on “WALLET” in the upper right corner of g2a.com Click on “GIFT CARDS” Enter the card number Confirm by clicking on the field below Type or choose amount for a refund Press “REDEEM” button To check if your funds have been returned, login to My Account –> Transaction History If you haven’t redeemed the card yet (we DON’T recommend doing so until you’ve sent us your refund request), please redeem it on your account page. After that, the funds will be added to your balance.

Furthermore, if you would like to purchase a product from a seller and not from G2A directly, then please contact him/her about any possible refunds (note that we have nothing to do with it). If you do that before paying anything on our site – then no matter what happens afterwards – you can always ask for a full refund directly from them as long as they are legit and trustable of course.
