If you’re anything like me, you probably have a few Groupon subscriptions that you never use. But before you cancel them all, there are a few things to know. First of all, if you’ve used your Groupon within the past 30 days, it’s still technically valid. So don’t worry about cancelling right away if you haven’t used it yet. Secondly, if your Groupon is for a physical product or service, be sure to check the fine print before clicking “buy.” Sometimes there are additional fees that need to be paid in order to cancel the subscription. And finally, if you decide to cancel your subscription, make sure to do it as soon as possible so that your Groupon voucher doesn’t expire and get wasted! ..
Log in to your Groupon account and click on Your Account. Click the Subscriptions tab to access the account you want to cancel. From the ‘Subscription Details’ section, select Cancel next to the subscription you wish to cancel and then Continue. Click Confirm Cancellation if prompted by a message box that appears after clicking Continue. Rest assured, unless your membership renewal is due within five days or less, canceling will not affect any of your existing member benefits or cost savings. Any Auto-Renewal offers available in which you are enrolled will be canceled automatically upon cancellation of this subscription (if applicable). If you have an Auto-Renewal offer for a free trial period, you will lose access to the remaining days of your free trial upon cancellation.

We never automatically renew any subscriptions. Make sure you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date or it will auto-renew and we won’t be able to refund anything.
Things to note: If a trial period is associated with your cancellation, the remaining days of your free trial will be forfeited once purchased (if applicable).
