If you’re a sports fan, you know that there’s nothing like watching your favorite team play. But if you’re not a subscriber to Sportsline, it’s time to think about what you’re doing with your money. Sportsline is a great service that allows users to watch their favorite sports teams live and on demand. But if you don’t have an account or if your subscription is ending soon, it’s time to cancel your subscription. There are a few things that you need to do in order to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
  2. Follow the instructions that will appear and confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
  3. Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button again and confirm that you want to close your account.
  4. Once all of these steps are complete, your account will be closed and all of the content in it will be deleted.

To ensure that your payment goes through properly you will need to make sure of following:

  1. The billing zip code entered matches the one on your bank statement;

  2. Your billing zip code is within U.S or Canada only;

  3. If mailing a check, it must be made out to Sportsline, LLC (no other name/address should appear). Please note that mail can take up to 5-8 business days to arrive.

After you log in or call Sportsline, LLC customer service at 866-843-5602 and have properly cancelled your subscription, please allow 7-10 days for cancellation to go through. If the cancellation does not go through, call us again at 866-843-5602 and we will ensure that your account is cancelled successfully this time. After you are sure that your account is inactive and it has been more than 14 days since the attempted cancellation, please close your bank account within 7 days after a failed cancellation attempt so that no further charges appear on your statement. Please note that if you use an ATM card for withdrawing money from any of our accounts, the ATM card information is saved by your bank.

If this ATM card is linked to any of your sportsline subscriptions (or other accounts), we will continue charging your cards without any further action from you, at the end of each month/year. So please make sure that you have cancelled your subscription in time and closed all related account in 7 days after a failed cancellation attempt so that no further charges appear on the statement

Please note that as per our Terms & Conditions (see bottom of website) during billing cycle renewal we automatically send reminder emails to our customers. Sending those reminders does not suspend or extend billing cycles.
