If you’re a customer of DoorDash, you can change your address on the app. To do this, open the DoorDash app and select “My Account.” Then, under “Address,” select “Change Address.” Once you’ve selected your new address, you’ll need to provide some information about your current location. For example, you might provide your name and contact information. You’ll also need to provide a valid email address. After all of this is complete, DoorDash will send out an email to all of its customers with the new address and instructions on how to use it.
Log in to Door Dash and click “Settings” at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Click “Edit” next to “Shipping Address.”
Enter new contact information (including name and email).
Hit “Save” located at the top right-hand corner of your screen. DoorDash will update your address within 24 hours, but you’ll be able to see it in Door Dash immediately!
If you’re an individual account customer (i.e., not a business), log into Door Dash and click “Settings” at the top right-hand side of the screen on desktop or mobile devices. Click “Edit” next to “Shipping Address ” and enter new contact information (including name and email). DoorDash will update your address within 24 hours, but you’ll be able to see it in Door Dash immediately!
– Customers with individual accounts can log into Door Dash on desktop or mobile devices by clicking on “Settings,” then click on “Edit” next to the shipping address. DoorDash account customers with business accounts can update their contact information by clicking on Account Settings in Door Dash, and navigating to Contact Info > Shipping Address from the left menu bar. Select Update Business Shipping Addresses at bottom of page.
– DoorDash will automatically detect your location when you start a new order through DoorDash’s website or app; if it doesn’t, enter your address manually (including zip code).
– DoorDash will not change the registered shipping address for orders that are completed prior to updating an existing account profile. Orders paid using Apple Pay may be updated after completing payment but before picking up food. All other orders must be picked up within 24 hours after changing addresses in Door Dash customer service settings.
