If you’re like most people, you probably have a few phone numbers associated with your Swagbucks account. Maybe you have a main number and a backup number, or you keep them all in different places so that if one goes out of service, you can still use the other ones. But what if you want to change your Swagbucks phone number? There’s no need to worry though - there are a few steps you can take to make this process as easy as possible. First, open up your Swagbucks account and click on the “My Account” tab. Then, under “Phone Numbers,” select the number that corresponds to your current phone number. Once you’ve made this change, congrats! You’re now able to use your new phone number for everything Swagbucks related!
If you have access to My Account, then follow these steps: Click here to login. Once logged in, click Settings > Switch Number. Follow the prompts on screen and enter your new 10 digit telephone number (not including area code). You will receive an email from our system confirming that we’ve successfully updated it for you! Please allow up to 24 hours after this confirmation email before using the new phone # on any features requiring a valid mobile device PIN or text messaging.
Notifications of activity that occur while you are logged out will be sent to both emails as an added security measure. If you inadvertently use another user’s mobile phone number with your Swagbucks account, please contact Customer Service immediately at 888-908-7911.
Please note that all changes to your account must be made by the account holder. If you have any issues, please contact us at ####### or click here to submit a ticket.
You can change your payment information by logging onto your My Account page (Click here to login) and scrolling down to the Payment Information section of the “My Profile” page. You will need a valid Visa, Mastercard or Discover card number with an expiration date and CID number for this process. Scroll down again once in the Payment Information section to see detailed instructions about completing the update process.
