If you’re a Virgin Media customer, it’s important to remember your email password. If you lose it or forget it, you could be at risk of losing your account and data. To change your Virgin Media email password, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Virgin Media account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Password Reset.”
  4. Enter your new email password in the “Password Reset” text field and click on “Confirm Password.”
  5. Click on “Submit.”
