If you’re using an external USB hard drive for game saves, then make sure that there is enough space on it (the most important things take up the most space) – if not move your files/games onto it and delete them from your system. Then recreate the database with this guide . This will fix a lot of SA-MP save problems. After doing this resync all your games by putting them straight back onto your HDD aswell as keeping any saves on USBs etc.
If you’re still having problems, then delete all the game files you don’t need, such as downloaded content, update installers, GTAV folder on USB/HDD etc. Also try deleting your settings before creating a database to ensure errors aren’t caused by your system (you can create a database without a connection to Xbox Live). If that doesn’t work then delete everything again and start from scratch.
