If you’re an iPhone user who’s also invested in the Amazon Echo, there’s a good chance you’ve been wanting to connect your Echo to your iPhone so you can use its voice commands with your phone. Well, now there’s an easy way to do just that! First, open the Alexa app on your iPhone. Next, tap on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. This will open up a menu where you can select “Settings.” Now, under “General,” tap on “Device Connections.” Here, you’ll see a list of devices connected to your account. Tap on “Add New Device.” Next, enter in the details for your Echo. You’ll need to give it a name (like “Echo for iPhone”) and then choose which device it should connect to (like “iPhone”). Finally, choose whether or not you want Alexa to be able to control all of the features of your iPhone or just some of them (like music playback).
