If you have an iPhone and a Sony TV, you can connect them wirelessly using the Sony TV’s built-in Wi-Fi. First, make sure that your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Sony TV. Then, open the Sony TV’s web browser and enter http://www.sony.com/tv/connect/ in the address bar. On the Connect to Server page, enter your Sony TV’s IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.100) and click Connect. Your iPhone should now appear in the list of devices on the left side of the page. Click on it to select it and then click on the blue button with three dots on it to open its settings menu. Under General, select AirPlay and then select your Apple device from the list that appears under AirPlay Devices (if you have more than one Apple device connected to your home network, you’ll need to choose which one you want to use). Finally, under Audio & Video, select Output and choose HDMI from the list of options that appears under Output Format (you may need to change your television’s input if it doesn’t use HDMI). Click OK to close out of your iPhone’s settings menu and return to the Connect To Server page on your Sony TV screen. Under Media Content, select Photos & Videos from the list that appears under Media Content Type (you may need to change your television’s input if it doesn’t use HDMI). If necessary, click on Select Files and then browse for any photos or videos that you want to play back on your television screen. Once you’ve selected all of your photos or videos, click Playback at the bottom of Media Content Type page and enjoy! ..
