If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to keep track of your favorite photos and posts from your friends and family. But if you want to delete an Instagram account without the password or email, here’s how:

  1. Log into your account on Instagram and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can select which account to delete.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top right corner of the screen and select “Deleting Account.” You’ll be asked for your username, password, and email address. If you don’t have any of these information, you’ll need to provide it before deletion can take place.
  3. After deletion is complete, log out of your account on Instagram and then back in so that your changes will take effect.
