Netflix is a great streaming service that many people use to watch TV shows and movies. However, some people might want to delete Netflix from their Samsung Smart TV because they don’t like it. Here are some steps you can take to delete Netflix from your Samsung Smart TV:

  1. Open the Samsung Smart TV app and sign in.
  2. Scroll down and select “Settings.”
  3. Scroll down and select “Apps.”
  4. Scroll down and select “Netflix.”
  5. Click on the “Delete” button next to Netflix.

Step 1: Enter Netflix on your Samsung Smart TV.

Step 2: Click the Netflix app and press “Home”.

Step 3: Select “Smart Hub” using the navigation pad located at the bottom of your Samsung Smart TV’s remote control.

Step 4: Navigate to “My Applications” and then click Netflix.

Step 5: Select Netflix and then select its option from the list of options that appear when you press the menu button on your Samsung Smart TV’s remote control. You should be in Netflix’s Settings screen now. Select Remove Application, which is located at the bottom of this screen.  A pop-up window will notify you that deleting Netflix from your Samsung Smart TV will also delete all information related to it, which means Netflix will be removed from your Samsung Smart TV and all information regarding it will be deleted. Click Yes to delete Netflix or No to stop the deletion process.

Step 7: Netflix has been removed from your Samsung Smart TV, but Netflix continues to exist in the My Applications screen in case you want to re-download it sometime soon.

By clicking Netflix in My Applications, you will be directed to Netflix.com via your Samsung Smart TV’s web browser. Netflix is not associated with any Samsung account, so it is always accessed via the internet as opposed to being installed on your TV as an app.

Should Netflix ever stop working on your Samsung Smart TV for any reason and you are unable to access Netflix content such as movies or television shows outside of Netflix itself, there should be a button that says “Contact Us” somewhere within Netflix’s Settings screen. Click this button and report the problem to Netflix so they can fix it and restore Netflix to full functionality on your Samsung Smart TV again at some point in the future.
