If you have an Instagram account and want to delete it, there are a few ways to do it without having to use your password or email.

  1. Log in to your account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. This will take you to a menu where you can select “Delete Account.”
  2. Type in “delete Instagram” into the text field and hit enter. You’ll be asked for your password or email address, if you have them. If you don’t have them, you’ll be prompted to create them before deletion can happen.
  3. Click on the “Delete Account” button and your account will be deleted!
