If you’ve been using Instagram for a while, you may have noticed that the old story highlights are disappearing. This is because Instagram is gradually phasing out the feature and will eventually be completely gone. If you want to keep your old story highlights, there are a few things that you can do. First, go to your profile and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. From here, you can select “stories” and then “highlights.” You will now see all of your past stories highlighted in blue. If you want to delete any of these highlights, simply click on it and it will disappear from your screen. However, if you want to keep all of your past story highlights, then you will need to do a bit more work. First, go back to your profile and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen again. From here, you can select “settings” and then “general”. Under “privacy settings”, make sure that “show Highlights on profile when published” is set to “yes”.
