If you have a domain then follow these steps :-
Step 1: Login into your Control Panel of your registrar company where you have registered your domain ( like -godaddy,namecheap etc.. ). You need to click on Domain Manager option and go to Advanced menu if available in left pane.
Step 2: Here you will find Name Server section which contains your DNS A record details where blogger name servers are mentioned by default. Delete all the entries from this section and note down current TTL value next to it as it will be important for next step. After completing this step click on Save Changes button and wait for few minutes till TTL get expires which will take few minutes to complete.
Step 3: After completion of TTL, you need to create new A records in your Domain Manager where blogger name servers are mentioned except www and x. You can change the IP address from given ones. Here I am changing my domain’s DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 . Make sure that all the other entries which were there before still remain same which we have deleted at first step for doing this update on DNS records only after completing TTL of previous record entries as long as it was not expired yet or else repeat Step 2 again with different values .
