If you’ve been using the eHarmony app to date, you may have noticed that it asks you to delete your account if it’s been inactive for a certain period of time. If you don’t want to delete your account, there are a few ways to do so. The first way is to go into your account settings and click on the “delete my account” button. Once you do this, eHarmony will send you an email asking if you want to keep your account or delete it. If you choose to keep your account, eHarmony will send you a new password and keypair.
