If you’re a member of the Apple Inc. iPhone or iPad app, you can delete your Game Center account by going to the “Settings” menu and selecting “Accounts.” Then select “Delete Account.”

Once you’ve entered the correct login information, Apple will warn you that this is a final decision and cannot be undone (so make sure to enter in all of the pertinent details). Once confirmed, Apple will delete your account permanently! However, if there are iCloud emails tied with your account you may have to go through an archiving process first. There’s not really any other way around this one so do what Apple says as they’re doing their best to protect users from identity theft. If you don’t want those old emails cluttering up space on another device or inbox then just archive them accordingly but remember to stay patient while waiting.
