If you’re a Facebook user, then you know how to delete your messenger account. If you’re not a Facebook user, then here’s how:

  1. Log into your Facebook account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. This will take you to your settings.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “delete my account” button.
  3. Your messenger account will be deleted and you’ll need to create a new one if you want it back.
