If you’re like most people, you probably use Facebook to keep in touch with friends and family. But if you’re a business owner or administrator on Facebook, you may want to consider disabling share on your page so that your users can’t easily share what they’ve seen or heard on your page with others. There are a few ways to disable share on Facebook:
- Go to the “Settings” tab on your Facebook page and select “Share this Page.” This will take you to a screen where you can set how often shares are allowed and how long they last. You can also choose whether or not to allow users to post comments.
- Type “share_disable” into the “Share this Page” field of an existing post and hit save. This will disable all sharing for that page until you re-enable it again.
- If you’re using a mobile app, open the app’s settings and select “Share this Page.” Then, set the same parameters as above (except for how often shares are allowed and how long they last).
