If you’re a Costco member, it’s time to downgrade your membership. The company is in the midst of a massive online downgrade campaign that will begin on July 1 and last through September 30. This campaign is designed to make it easier for members to cancel their membership and receive a refund. Here are some tips on how to downgrade your Costco membership online:
- Log in to your account and click on the “My Account” link. This will take you to the main account page. On this page, you’ll need to enter your name, email address, and password. If you’re an existing Costco member, you’ll also need to enter your membership number and expiration date. If you’re not an existing Costco member, please click on the “Create New Account” button below so that we can create a new account for you. Once you’ve created an account, log in using that account information and click on the “Cancel Membership” button below.
- Click on the “Cancel Membership” button below if you’re not already a member of Costco yet! You’ll be taken back to the main account page where you can enter your cancellation information again if necessary. If everything goes according to plan, by September 30th all members will have received their refunds! But if there are any problems with this process or if there are any delays with getting refunds out to members - please let us know so we can help make sure everyone gets their money back as soon as possible!
