If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to keep in touch with friends and family. But if you’re like me, then you may have temporarily locked your account because of a technical issue. There are a few things you can do to get back into Instagram:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “account settings” button. This will take you to the “settings” page for your account. On this page, scroll down and click on the “security” tab. Under this tab, you’ll find a list of options that will help protect your account from being accessed by unauthorized individuals. If you don’t want anyone else to have access to your account, select the “disable security features” option.
  2. If you still can’t access your account, try refreshing it or trying again later on when things are more stable. If all else fails, reach out to Instagram support and they may be able to help unlock your account for you!
