Xbox One users can access their home screen by pressing the left analog stick in the lower-left corner of the screen. This will take you to the main menu, where you can select “Settings.” Once on the Settings screen, users can change their system settings by selecting “System.” This will include things like how many hours of sleep they want to get, whether they want to use a Kinect sensor or not, and whether they want to use a voice assistant like Amazon’s Echo or Google Home. Users can also adjust their game play by selecting “Game Settings.” Here they can choose how many games they want to play at once, how long each game should last, and whether or not they want to enable achievements.
