If you’re a Madden fan on PlayStation 4, there’s a good chance you’ve been using the game’s “stick” mode to hit receivers and quarterbacks. But if you’re new to the game, or just want to try it out, here are some tips on how to hit your targets in this mode.

  1. Find a spot on the field where you can see the ball most often and aim for that spot.
  2. Use your left stick to move your player around so they’re in an advantageous position for hitting the ball.
  3. Use your right stick to control your player’s speed and direction as they move towards the ball.
