If you’re like most people, you probably use Google Family Link to keep in touch with your family and friends. But there are a few things you can do to pause or stop using Family Link. To start, open the Google Family Link app on your phone and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen to get a list of options:

  1. Pause: This will pause all communication between your devices and will show you a message telling you how long it will take for the connection to be restored.
  2. Unpause: This will unpause all communication between your devices and will show you a message telling you how long it will take for the connection to be restored.
  3. Delete: If you want to delete all of your family members’ contact information from Family Link, this is the option for you! Just enter their email addresses into the fields below and hit OK when prompted.
