If you’re like most people, you probably use a stopwatch to time your activities. But if you’re like me, you might also use it to track time in different formats, such as minutes, seconds, or hours. There are a few things you need to know if you want to use a stopwatch on your iPhone. First, the watch’s timer runs in minutes and seconds. Second, the watch can track time in three different formats: minutes (1/minute), seconds (1/second), and hours (12/hour). Finally, if you want to track time in multiple formats at the same time, you can combine them into one call by pressing and holding two of the watch’s buttons at once. To start tracking time on your iPhone:

  1. open the app that corresponds with your activity type (such as Time Machine or Calendar).
  2. select the stopwatch type that corresponds to your activity type (such as minute or second).
  3. press and hold one of the watch’s buttons for two seconds until tracking begins.
  4. release both buttons when tracking is complete.
