If you have an Instagram account and remember a person or thing that you’ve recently lost touch with, there are a few steps you can take to remove that account from your timeline. First, open the app and sign in. Then, go to the “Accounts” tab and click on the “Remove Account” button. Once you remove the account, your posts will be removed from your timeline as well. If you want to keep any of your posts, you can re-post them or save them to your phone for later retrieval.
