If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to keep in touch with friends and family. But if you want to stop seeing your contacts in the app, there are a few steps you can take. First, open Instagram and sign in. Then, go to the " Contacts" tab and select all of your contacts. Next, click on the " Remove Contact" button. This will remove all of your contact information from Instagram.
