If you’re like most people, you probably use your AliExpress credit card for small purchases here and there. But if something big goes wrong, like you lose your card or it’s stolen, you may not be able to use it at all. Here’s how to remove your AliExpress credit card from your account:

  1. Log in to your AliExpress account and click on “My Account.”
  2. Under “Credit Cards,” click on the “Remove Card” button.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the card and click on the “Remove Card” button.
  4. If you have a password, enter it and click on the “Remove Card” button.
  5. If you don’t have a password, enter your birthdate and click on the “Remove Card” button.
  6. Click on the “Submit Removal Request” button to send an email to AliExpress requesting that they remove your card from their system. ..

Charge failed message does not mean that you should re-add the same card.

I already added my credit card to my AliExpress account, can I return the product and get a refund or change it back into my Debit/Credit Card?

You cannot return products purchased using your Alipay balance. You should transfer money from the bank account you registered with to pay for your order instead of using your Alipay balance. If you paid by Credit/Debit card, then you can get a full refund if you send the item back within 60 days after delivery and before it is marked as “delivered”. However, note that most suppliers only allow 100% refund for defective items or wrong items (missing items not included) Post those kinds of problems, if any supplier issues an RMA number in China mainland and full refunds are guaranteed.

If you paid by bank transfer, you can only get a refund if the item is defective or wrong of received, and it should be returned within 60 days after delivery. You will not get any refunds for items returned more than 60 days later even if the items are defective or wrong (only 100% refund for broken/wrong items). If your order includes multiple items ordered together and one of them is wrong or missing, return all of them at the same time to qualify for an RMA code.
