If you’re a Logitech MX Master user, there’s a good chance that you’ve experienced problems with your device. Perhaps you’ve had to reset it multiple times because the battery was low or because the software wasn’t working properly. In this article, we’ll show you how to reset your MX Master device.

  1. Open the Logitech MX Master app and sign in.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the main screen and click on “reset.”
  3. Enter your desired information into the “reset password” field and click on “submit.”
  4. The MX Master will ask for your confirmation before resetting. Once it’s done, you’ll be able to use your device again as usual.
