If you have an iPhone, there are a few things you can do to reset it but keep everything else the same.
- Reset the phone by going to Settings and then Reset. This will erase all your data and settings on the phone.
- If you don’t have a computer nearby, try restoring your iPhone using iTunes: go to the Apple website and click on the Downloads tab. Click on Restore from iCloud if you’ve lost your password or if your iCloud account has been deleted.
- If all of these methods don’t work, or if resetting doesn’t fix everything, then you may need to get a new iPhone or iPad because Apple may have discontinued certain features on older iPhones or iPads.
