  1. Go to the Student Services website and find the Reset Account link. This will take you to a page that explains how to reset your account.
  2. Follow the instructions on the Reset Account page and enter in your student ID and password. You may also need to provide other information, such as your name, address, and phone number.
  3. After you have completed the process, you will be able to log in and access your account information. If everything goes according to plan, you should receive an email notification within 24 hours indicating that your account has been reset and all of your data is now backed up and safe.
