If you have an iPhone and you see a phone icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen, it means that your device is not connected to the network. To restore your phone icon, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app and select General.
  2. Scroll down and select Reset iPhone.
  3. Select Yes when asked to confirm resetting your device.
  4. When resetting your device, you will be asked to choose a new Apple ID and password. If you do not remember your old Apple ID or password, you can create a new one by going to Settings -> Security -> Passwords and entering in your old password (or creating a new one if you do not have an old password). After resetting, tap on Restore Icon in the General section of the Reset iPhone screen to start restoring your phone icon back to its original state.
