There are a few ways to see received photos on Instagram. The first way is to follow the account that posted the photo and then look for the “View All” tab at the top of the screen. There you will see all of the photos that have been liked, commented on, or shared by other users. The second way is to search for “received photos” in the Instagram app and then click on one of the images to view it in full-screen mode.
